Fulfill your 80 hours of training for Nuclear Cardiology Authorized

User License and Board Preparation all ONLINE.

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers:

When will the course be available and how do I go about getting access to it?
You can register online at www.hrsiseminars.com. Once you have completed your registration and paid your tuition you will receive a user ID and password by email that will grant you access to your own personal Learning Management Center. You will be able to navigate through the full 80 hour program. Upon completion, you will receive your certificate.

Will the certification from this program be the same as the classroom course?
Yes.  The HRSI online program is the same course you would have received in a live classroom environment.  The program complies with the NRC and member state requirements 10 CFR Part 35 for the 80 hours of didactic training necessary for authorized user licensure.  The program is also ACGME accredited through the University of Texas Health Science Center, School of Medicine.   We have taken great care to assure that our training is comprehensive and up to date in order to maintain our NRC and state certification status.  It is designed and presented by the most qualified professionals in the industry.

What do you mean by “online” and “self-paced?”
The online program is more akin to a one-on-one tutoring.   Each topic is presented by a qualified professor in recorded lectures with detailed slides, video and animations to help teach the material.  At the end of most modules you will be required to complete an exam to demonstrate your comprehension of the topic.  As you successfully complete each module the next one is made available.  You have the option to start and stop at any time.  Go for ten hours straight or tackle it a few hours at a time.  It’s designed to fit into your busy work, school and family schedule.

Do I need my own computer to take the course?
Yes and no.  The program is all web based.  You must have access to a computer that is connected to the internet in order to log in, view the lectures and take the exams.  This can be any connected computer.  Your UserID will work whether or not it is your own personal computer, a library computer or a work location.  All of your results and progress are kept by HRSI centrally so that you do not need the same computer to advance through the program.

What is the price for the online course?
The 80 hour course is $3,500.  If you are a physician in a Nuclear Cardiology fellowship program, your discounted price is $2,300.  However, when you consider the cost of travel, accommodations and other expenses associated with being away from your daily routine; it is much less costly than an eight or nine day class room seminar.

How long do I have to complete the full 80 hour program?
Your registration is automatically valid for one year.  This means you can spend up to one full year to complete the program.  Your certificate will be available as soon as you are finished.  At anytime over the course of the year, you can return to the website, review, retake lectures or reprint your certificate.  This is tremendously helpful in the weeks and months prior to the board certification test.

What is HRSI’s policy for refunds?
HRSI has had such a positive response to the online program that we have suspended any further live classroom events.  As a result, we offer a full money back guarantee for those who have already paid and registered but do not wish to switch to the online program.   If prior to completing the first three modules you do not wish to continue, contact us in writing and HRSI will refund your full tuition.

HRSI has graduated thousands of physicians over our 27 years of training in Nuclear Cardiology.  We hope that this new format to deliver the industry’s finest program will add a new reason for you to be as proud to be associated with HRSI as we are to be associated with each new generation of fine Cardiologist.
